Recently we had a chance to visit Baku with friends. We stayed in this boulevard hotel. The hotel is nicely decorated. Sprcially the lobby is beautiful. Its near to the sea with a perfect walk way. A real enjoyment in the evenings.

My check in experience was not good because I reached there at 1:30 PM but. the front desk lady srrictly applied check in rule of 3PM. Even I reported back at 3PM she again told me that room is not ready and I spent another 30 min waiting. Another issue was tha I booked city view room but they allotted me hotel inner view, I mean I was able to see a roof and the other hotel block. I came back and to the manager and he promised me change the room but during my 5 days stay he never turns back.
An incident happened with me, one day when we came from a tiring tour, my room was not working. I went to front desk and told her. She rudely said you are not coming in queue instead of realizing emeregency. But she refresh my key. I wnt back but unfortuntely no luck. I came back and told her now instead of calling someone to help me she said go to main door and the doorman. After exerting efforts and wasting around forty five minutes the issue was resolved by maintenance guy.

Luxury hotel in Baku
Exceptional hotel in a perfect location, across the street from the second longest oceanfront promenade in the world and only 10 minutes walking distance from the pedestrian streets filled with restaurants and cafes.

The ambiance of the hotel is one of luxury with an outstanding front desk reception. My check-in, only took several minutes and as a gold member I was upgraded to an ocean view room with lounge privileges, without even asking.
The room was spotless with a huge bed and had all of the comforts required for a pleasant stay.
I throughly enjoyed the executive lounge where I had breakfast daily plus the evening reception daily from 6-8 pm.
The service at the executive lounge was excellent and I would say the highlight of my trip.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing and exceptional hotel
Everything from check in to check out was Amazing.
The staff are nice, helpful, proactive, they did everything for us to be happy.
The hotel offered late checkout to allow us to have a relaxed stay till our flight time.
The room was comfortable, curtesy welcome fruit plate and amazing Azerbaijani dried fruits were waiting for us.
Usually in other hotels you need to call the house keeping because you need extra anything, in intercontinental Baku we did not need to do so as everything was available in decent amount.
The hotel arranged COVID test fir us in the hotel itself.This hotel is a great image to an amazing country.

We stayed at the hotel on 10-11 of October, 2020. Starting from booking, finishing with check out – all was great! Food was amazing, room service – great! Hotel is new, clean and tidy, staff is SUPER friendly!

Location is amazing, you can feel that you are outside of city, and beautiful nature is all around! Hotel has great SPA facilities, and territory is great even for a walk!
All sanitary rules are followed.
Our room was upgraded, and we had great terrace with amazing view!
All requests were followed on time.

Our Favorite hotel in all of Azerbaijan!
I fall short of words to express how much I loved our stay at this hotel, the GM personally welcomed us and upgraded us to the Family Suite, which was the absolute definition of luxury, had a pool table, a private bar, and a Jacuzzi to say the least. Breakfast was a lavish spread with many verities. The entire staff from room service to servers were heart warming welcoming, if we didn’t have our next few nights booked already, we would definitely book this for the rest of our stay here.

Hotel with terrible open pool
Terrible open pool with dirty water and broken sunbed plastics!!!!! One of the awful hotel in Azerbaijan. My recommendation is negative, negative and again negative. The swimming pool is very baaaad!!!!!!!! If you want to swim do not visit Marxal’s open swimming pool.

Worth to visit place in Gabala
The view and atmosphere is amazing in the 3rd floor panorama restaurant. The food was tasty and staff were helpful. There’s nice live music during the dinner. Having friendly staff and accurate service, spa is also definitely recommended.

Wonderful hotel
The hotel is the most beautiful in the area with direct views and access to ski slopes, rooms are specious and luxurious; though it’s a local brand it matches up to the best global hotel chains. the staff are attentive and helpful especially Saddam at front desk who personally took care of our PCR arrangements and airport trips. The amenities in the hotel are fabulous and the food in both restaurants is great, loved the Italian restaurant and the staff attention to details and quality in every course it felt like eating in Italy. The hotel is suited a Walking distance in front of two other hotels with more options for dining, kids and adults entertainment areas and ski slopes.
